Increases Presence In Downtown Lexington
Bob Cole, President of Coleman
Group, LLC, announced today that his commercial real
estate firm has been contracted to provide property
management and leasing services for the First Federal
Plaza building located at 110 West Vine Street in
downtown Lexington. This contract added 42,573
additional square feet of commercial office space to the
one million plus square feet already represented by
Coleman Group.
“This building is a welcome
addition to our expanding Lexington MSA portfolio,”
commented Cole. It’s location at West Vine and Limestone
puts it in the central business district of Lexington,
so that it’s strategically positioned for any downtown
growth.
The First Federal Plaza building
was recently purchased by Madison Investment on May 26,
2005, of which Bob Cole is Principal Investor. This
property is presently 100 % leased, reflective of the
Coleman Group’s recently-completed Central Business
District Market Study which indicated a healthy 1.83 %
decrease in overall vacancy among the 2,396,007 square
feet in the 33 downtown office buildings surveyed,
further supporting indications of business expansion
within our community.
