    Career Summary
    Robert Cole is a specialist in the management, marketing, sale and repositioning of institutionalassets. He joined the Midwest division of Paragon Group, responsible for the Lexington division in 1990 and has specialized in the restructuring disposition of office, retail, and industrial assignments. In 1995, Mr. Cole was promoted to Vice President for the East Region of Paragon Group Property Services, Inc. In July of 1996, Insignia Commercial Group, Inc. purchased Paragon Group’s commercial division, and Mr. Cole was promoted to Regional Director responsible for Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. In July 1997, Mr. Cole purchased Insignia’s Lexington holdings and established Coleman Group. Mr. Cole. is President and Managing Partner in Coleman Group Property Services. Coleman Group currently has in excess of $100,000,000 of Real Estate under management.

    Career Summary
    Although Bo is new to the real estate industry, he brings excitement and new opportunities to Coleman Group. Due to his entrepreneur background and vast business contacts, the expectations for growth and success inthe industry are a welcome trait. Bo attended the University of Kentucky on a full basketball scholarship and graduated with a business degree in 1982. 

     

    After UK, his business experience began in the satellite industry as a co-owner of Starpath Corporation that grew into one of the largest satellite distributors in the country.

     

    Since that time Bo has focused the majority of his business opportunities in the intellectual properties industry and has developed numbers products, trademark and business concepts patents. Due to the nature of that industry and his background of dealing with both start-up companies and high profile venture capital groups the connection to the commercial real estate industry is a natural.

    Karen A. Condi

    Career Summary
    With over a decade of experience in property management and commercial real estate Karen Condi specializes in the office and retail industries. Karen draws on her extensive experience coupled with an unmatched determination and dedication to maximize value for her clients.

     

    As a native of Central Kentucky, Karen knows the local marketplace well, but also works extensively throughout the Southeast. In addition, to her responsibilities with Coleman Group, Karen owns and operates Office Suite Strategies an Executive Office Suite consulting company where she advises on Office Suite turnarounds, development and management.

     

    Prior to affiliating with Coleman Group, Karen worked for a regional property management company where she managed major hotel properties while assisting in positioning them for sale. Karen entered the real estate industry holding several executive level positions for a national Executive Office Suite Company, managing properties throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

    Lynn Pearson

    Property Manager

    Career Summary
    Lynn Pearson joined Coleman Group Property Services in 1999 as a Property Manager. Prior to joining Coleman Group, Lynn spent 22 years with a Fortune 100 company as a Facility/Construction Manager responsible for 1.8 million square feet of office/lab/warehouse space. In addition, Lynn was responsible for a $10,000,000 expense budget and an $850,000 capital budget as well as a $16,500,000 new construction and renovation budget.

    Currently, Lynn serves as a Property Manager for Coleman Group Property Services. Her responsibilities include managing multiple properties as well as overseeing Accounting and Administrative functions within Coleman Group.

    Ms. Pearson is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager Designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is also a Certified Facility Manager accredited through the International Facility Management Association where she has served as President for the local Chapter. She is currently the communications chairperson for this organization. Lynn is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in Kentucky.

    Janet Streetman

    Career Summary
    Janet Streetman has been a Property Manager for fifteen years and has been active in commercial real estate management for over eighteen years. Ms. Streetman has been actively involved in the development and management of multiple office, industrial and retail properties. In July of 1996, Insignia Commercial Group, Inc. purchased Paragon Group’s commercial division, and Ms. Streetman was promoted to Director of Property Management.

    Currently, Ms. Streetman serves as Vice President of Property Management for Coleman Group Property Services. This promotion was a result of Coleman Group’s acquisition of Insignia Commercial Group’s Lexington operations in July 1997.
