Career Summary
Robert Cole is a specialist in the management, marketing, sale and repositioning of institutional
assets. He joined the Midwest division of Paragon Group, responsible for the Lexington division in 1990 and has specialized in the restructuring disposition of office, retail, and industrial assignments. In 1995, Mr. Cole was promoted to Vice President for the East Region of Paragon Group Property Services, Inc. In July of 1996, Insignia Commercial Group, Inc. purchased Paragon Group’s commercial division, and Mr. Cole was promoted to Regional Director responsible for Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.

In July 1997, Mr. Cole purchased Insignia’s Lexington holdings and established Coleman Group. Mr. Cole. is President and Managing Partner in Coleman Group Property Services. Coleman Group currently has in excess of $100,000,000 of Real Estate under management.

Career Summary
Although Bo is new to the real estate industry, he brings excitement and new opportunities to Coleman Group.  Due to his entrepreneur background and vast business contacts, the expectations for growth and success in the industry are a welcome trait.

Bo attended the University of Kentucky on a full basketball scholarship and graduated with a business degree in 1982.  After UK, his business experience began in the satellite industry as a co-owner of Starpath Corporation that grew into one of the largest satellite distributors in the country.

Since that time Bo has focused the majority of his business opportunities in the intellectual properties industry and has developed numbers products, trademark and business concepts patents.  Due to the nature of that industry and his background of dealing with both start-up companies and high profile venture capital groups the connection to the commercial real estate industry is a natural.

Career Summary
Dave came to Kentucky to play Hockey where he was Captain at the University of Kentucky.  After  graduation, Dave began working in real estate. 

Dave has an extensive background in all areas of property management. For over 8 years he was involved in buying, selling, leasing, redevelopment and maintenance of commercial properties here in Lexington.

Dave worked for Wassmer Properties as Property manager of approximately 200 units all throughout the Lexington, University of Kentucky campus area. These apartments ranged in all sizes from efficiencies to 4-bedroom.

Dave is also handling the leasing of our Office, Retail, and Industrial space as well as cultivating relationships between investors and sellers.

Career Summary
Gretchen has written and published several books, one on small business marketing. She has also taught seminars at the Small Business Development Center of Lexington on marketing, some of her workshops being "Promoting Your Home Business on a Shoestring" and "Building Your Business Website".

Through her company, Nalley and Associates, Gretchen is in charge of marketing all of Coleman Groups properties, both owned and managed by Coleman Group. Her responsibilities include website updates, producing marketing pieces for all properties, planning promotional events, producing virtual tours of properties, and much more. Gretchen has proven to be a strong part of the Coleman Group team.
