2007 Now Available - CBD, Suburban, and
Industrial/Flex Coleman Group has prepared five Market Studies designed to track vacancy and rent levels of the Central Business District office space, Suburban office space, Industrial Warehouse/Flex space, the Office Condo space and now the Retail Space throughout the Lexington area. Included in this is an overview of the Lexington area economy and demographics. These studies are published once a year. The office studies are published in February for the previous year and the retail study is published in July.
